Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and 2 years related experience required.
• 1 year experience with IBMi/AS400.
• 2 years hands-on experience evaluating hazardous materials and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve non-hazardous industrial waste for landfill disposal.
• Evaluate waste profiles for regulatory compliance (RCRA, EPA, DOT).
• Develop understanding of WAP requirements and disposal capabilities.
• Review waste analysis reports and fill deficiencies with internal teams.
• Provide technical assistance on waste stream acceptability and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, accounting, and receiving for cost and approvals.
• Identify and contact generators for additional technical information.
• Develop cost analyses for approval, receiving, and incineration of reactive waste streams.
