The role involves coordinating with clients, labs, and regulators, and mentoring junior staff. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB, and related materials, with strong reporting and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hazardous building materials projects and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage hazardous building materials surveys and assessments for various project types.
• Perform asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB, microbiological, and other hazardous material investigations.
• Prepare technical reports documenting survey findings, laboratory results and regulatory compliance.
• Develop abatement specifications, work plans, and O&M plans.
• Provide abatement monitoring, oversight, air monitoring, and clearance sampling.
