Job summary

Terraphase Engineering Inc. seeks a Senior Hazardous Materials Practitioner to lead the hazardous materials management practice and guide teams and clients. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and strategic direction for complex projects.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in environmental consulting, CHMM/CAC/CIH credentials, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor staff and drive business development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

15–20 years in environmental consulting with hazardous materials focus.
Strong regulatory compliance and risk assessment experience.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and client management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for hazardous materials programs.
Develop solutions for safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Lead assessments, risk analyses, and regulatory submissions for clients.
Mentor staff, drive business development, and manage proposals and client relations.
