Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety, hazardous materials management, environmental science, or related field with minimum six years of experience.
• Certifications: MN Dept of Health & Safety Asbestos Site Supervisor, MDH Asbestos Inspector, MDH Asbestos Project Designer.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Knowledge of scheduling, asset management, MS Office or G-Suite tools.
• Familiarity with digital communication, presentation, and document filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the project management team, set goals, monitor progress, and support success.
• Oversee safety, productivity, training, and quality; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Foster customer-focused culture and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and purchasing practices; monitor labor and materials against budget.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Lead state reporting requirements and staff training and certifications.
