Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Program Manager to lead operations for a client site in the Brighton, MI area within the Midwest region. You will oversee safety compliance, daily operations, and profitability of the client's hazardous waste and safety program, reporting to an Operations Manager and coordinating with EHS teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related majors, or equivalent
- Knowledge of DOT, RCRA and applicable regulations
- OSHA/DOT physical examination completed
- 1 year of team leadership experience
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willing to undergo background checks and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Lead operations at a client site in Brighton, MI
- Promote safety culture with site operations, EHS teams, and lab personnel
- Manage safety audits, incidents, and safety documentation
- Oversee lab cleanouts, decommissioning, and waste management projects
- Coordinate project staffing, client communication, and billing oversight
- Monitor waste profiling and ensure regulatory compliance
