Job summary

IFB Solutions seeks a Hazmat Coordinator at MacDill AFB, FL to ensure safe storage, handling, and distribution of hazardous materials in full regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and train staff on HAZMAT procedures to minimize risk and support a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR within 90 days of hire.
• RCRA training and respirator certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must pass government background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate and timely documentation of goods for products received and delivered.
• Update all Chemicals in EESOH-MIS database.
• Ensure proper loading and operations of vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA and Hazmat regulations.
• Complete paperwork for receiving and shipping daily.
• Responsible for loading/unloading products and deliveries.
• Ensure MSDS sheets are current and updated timely.
• Operate warehouse equipment to manage inventory and warehouse.
• Pull inventory, pack product, and prepare product to ship.
• Communicate with customer about delivery placement.
• Maintain clean, orderly vehicle and warehouse.
