Qualifications

• Two years of leadership/management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with bulk storage operations and related equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Willingness to cross-train and work various shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and utilize the union workforce to complete tasks in storage operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements to operate safely.
• Inspect pumping of commodities and maintain product integrity.
• Schedule training and manage overtime and paperwork.
• Lead incident response and act as Incident Commander when needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management on improvements.
