Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. This hourly position offers $20.00 per hour with part-time or full-time opportunities in a fast-casual setting.

You will help ensure back-of-house efficiency, food quality, and timely service for our customers. Candidates should have a Food Handler Card, good math and communication skills, and a strong focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health dept.
• Basic math skills and basic English communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and sanitize areas.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
