Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. The role supports the back-of-house operations, handling food preparation, stocking, and ensuring high-quality portions.

This is an hourly position with compensation of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Candidates should have a Food Handler Card, basic math and communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation and stocking of inventory; ensure food quality and portions at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
• Position can be Part-time or Full-time.
