Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support our back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. This hourly position is described as part-time or full-time, with a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour.

You will handle food preparation, stocking, and maintaining clean and safe work areas, while adhering to health codes and company policies. Join a team that values reliability and customer service in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written/verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
