Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a 600+ bed student housing community.
• Lead and develop onsite leasing and facilities teams, driving accountability and service.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance in partnership with regional leadership.
• Drive occupancy through strong leasing execution, including mid-year and transfer leasing strategy.
• Maintain a light relationship with ground-floor retail tenants, focusing on cleanliness and operational standards.
