Outrigger Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu is seeking a Social Media Specialist to execute the social media strategy across its Hawaiʻi properties. You will create platform-driven content, manage calendars, and engage audiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.

The role requires 1–3 years in social media or digital marketing, Canva proficiency, and experience with CapCut. Onsite at Waikiki, with competitive salary and benefits including health and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or related field.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is essential, portfolio preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, social media publishing tools, and video editing software such as CapCut is required; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels’ social media strategy across its global portfolio, focusing on Hawaiʻi properties.
• Creates platform-driven content that showcases resorts, people, culture, and guest experiences.
• Manages content calendar, publishing, storytelling, trend monitoring, and audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Participates in photoshoots and content production, collaborating with cross-functional teams on influencer partnerships and social listening.
