Mid-Pacific Country Club in Kailua, Hawaiʻi seeks a creative Social Media Intern to support the Club's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Working under the Communications Manager, you will assist with social media management, photography, videography, and content creation.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed studies in communications or digital media, ready to contribute ideas, and comfortable with on-site work.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic photography, videography, or digital content creation knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others.
• On-site availability at least two days per week and for events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create, and schedule content across the Club's social media platforms.
• Maintain a content calendar with the Communications Manager.
• Develop captions, posts, Stories, and Reels aligned with the Brand.
• Research trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Monitor engagement and content performance; submit for review before publication.
• Capture and edit photography and video of events, facilities, and member experiences.
• Produce short-form videos and other digital content for social media.
• Operate cameras, drones, and related gear with training as needed.
• Use Adobe CC, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to create content.
• Organize digital media libraries (OneDrive/Google Drive/DropBox).
• Collaborate with Club departments and attend Club events for coverage.
• Interact professionally with members and staff; protect privacy.
