Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate in Hawaii to organize and lead recreational activities for guests, coordinating with the Guest Services Manager to run lei making, hulu classes, and arts and crafts.

You will monitor activity areas, promote resort programs, manage cash when needed, and complete trainings. This role requires creativity, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Creativity and customer obsession are essential for designing engaging guest activities.
• Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate with guests and team members.
• Ability to exercise good judgement when interacting with guests and staff.
• State driver's license and ability to operate large vehicles such as shuttles or vans.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of activity areas in compliance with standards.
• Manage a cash bank following cashiering procedures when applicable.
• Attend and complete required trainings.
• Handle safety issues and incidents promptly.
