Aloha Petroleum, LTD is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead Hawaii's commercial, industrial, and marine fueling growth. This role shapes multi-year strategies and mentors the sales team to expand market share and customer value across Hawaii.

The position drives top-line growth, ensures target attainment, and collaborates with marketing and operations to optimize revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction. This is an on-site Hawaii-based leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales management experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial fuel, DEF, and lubricants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes multi-year sales strategies targeting maritime, transportation, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Leads and mentors the Aloha Sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Analyzes market trends, pricing indices, and energy shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
• Fosters strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through a consultative, business-partner approach.
• Collaborates with marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand insights.
• Represents the company at leadership meetings and industry events to gain market insights.
