Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Event Management of corporate meetings, client events, and other complex programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors and coworkers.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for logistical management and operational execution of client events.
• Serves as the primary contact for the client during pre-planning and operation.
• Management of vendor quotes, orders, and required services.
