Job summary

Havenova Home Care in Cambridge, MA is seeking dedicated caregivers and Mandarin-speaking HHAs to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support. You will assist with ADLs, offer companionship, and help with light housekeeping, medications, and meals while maintaining excellent communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts

• TB Screening (within the last 12 months)
• MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

• Tetanus documentation
