Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking dedicated caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs in Billerica, Massachusetts, to provide compassionate and dependable support to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring clear communication with families. Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification, with prior experience in home care preferred. The role offers competitive pay of $19–$23 per hour and flexible scheduling options.

Competenze

• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation preferred

Health & Compliance Requirements

• TB Screening (within the last 12 months)
• MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)
• Tetanus documentation
