Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred).
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts.
