Havenova Home care solutions in Westwood, Massachusetts, is hiring for in-home caregivers. This role involves providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities for clients. You will have flexible scheduling and earn between $19 and $23 per hour. Candidates should have an active CNA or HHA certification. Formación

• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation preferred

Health & Compliance Requirements

• T B Screening (within the last 12 months)
• MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)
• Tetanus documentation
