Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and maintaining communication with families. • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation preferred

Health & Compliance Requirements

• T B Screening (within the last 12 months)
• MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)
• Tetanus documentation
