Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations to oversee collections activities across multiple lines of business in a geographically dispersed area. You will supervise drivers and helpers, collaborate with the Operations Manager and General Manager, and drive safety, customer experience, and efficiency.

The role requires leadership to manage routes, optimize density, and control costs while maintaining a culture of employee engagement.
