Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations to oversee hauling activities across multiple routes. Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Able to direct large staff.
• Process- and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and helpers across one or more hauling routes.
• Work with Operations Manager and General Manager to implement tactical initiatives for budget and excellence.
• Lead safety programs to ensure adherence to safety standards and minimize accidents.
• Improve routes and density to maximize efficiency and reduce route hours.
• Engage and develop team members, fostering a culture of safety and engagement.
