Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage complex routing and labor hours.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff including supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and helpers.
• Develop supervisory goals and resolutions; address safety concerns.
• Execute plans to maximize customer experience, growth and profitability.
• Ensure productivity and route management across commercial and residential routes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safe work environment.
• Approve expenses and manage department budget and vendor pricing.
• Build strong relations with government, community and environmental groups.
