Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our site team. You will operate haul trucks and unit equipment, perform routine inspections, and follow safety procedures to keep operations efficient and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate haul trucks/unit equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials within the site
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals
  • Maintain clean work areas and accurately complete required documentation

Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
