Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an equipment operator for our Grayson, KY area quarry. You will operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment, support daily production, perform inspections, and assist with loading and material movement to keep operations efficient.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently throughout the quarry.
• Perform utility duties that support daily production, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with loading, material movement, and site-wide operational needs.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies while contributing to a productive team environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
