Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is hiring a haul truck operator to move materials across our site. You will operate haul trucks safely and efficiently, inspect equipment, and support production by maintaining a steady material flow between loading and dumping areas.

We value safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You will follow all procedures, communicate with teammates, and participate in the pre-employment screens and on-site safety culture.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
