Holcim is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to support operations at the New Kent, VA Quarry. This role involves hauling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Hours may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Hauling materials, supplies, and equipment safely between locations.
• Loading and unloading equipment, ensuring loads are within safe capacity.
• Maintaining truck logs, operating communication devices, and preparing paperwork.
• Conducting safety checks and performing routine maintenance.
• Adhering to Environmental Health & Safety policies and promoting safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating haulage trucks or heavy equipment.
• Excellent driving record and 5+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Current valid DOT card.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work second shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
