Key duties include safety training, equipment inspection, basic maintenance, and proper PPE usage. The job is full-time, on-site with day shifts from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Bulldozer and excavator experience
• 1+ years related experience
• Valid US driver's license

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel culture
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
• Work in a team environment
• Clean work areas
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Proper wear of personal protective equipment
• Notify supervisors of repairs needed
• Ensure materials are properly loaded according to safety requirements
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs
• Perform duties with minimum supervision

Description Pay: $23-$26 an hourHours: 6am - 6pm Monday - Friday

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel culture

General physical activities include climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, reach with hands and arms, and handling material
