Martin Marietta is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Eudora Quarry in Eudora, KS. This role safely operates heavy equipment to move material within the plant and support daily operations with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience, a valid US driver’s license, and experience with a dozer and excavator. The position requires outdoor work year‑round and strict adherence to MSHA regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs and training, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear.
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment.
• Work in a team environment.
• Clean work areas.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Proper wear of personal protective equipment.
• Notify supervisors of repairs needed.
• Ensure materials are properly loaded according to safety requirements.
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs.
• Perform duties with minimum supervision.

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Eudora Quarry in Eudora, KS. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
