Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a shift-based role at our Kentucky Hatchery in Monticello, KY. The position covers Processing, Sanitation and Egg Room duties and requires ability to lift, move and operate equipment in a busy production environment.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits are available from day one of full-time hire, including health and other programs, with a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No employment gaps longer than 6 months in the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Cover Processing, Sanitation and Egg Room positions as needed.
• Operate equipment to vaccinate and trim beaks and to assist with egg shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow biosecurity rules.
• Render support across shifts as production needs change.
