Job summary

Cobb Timpson Hatchery in Timpson, TX is hiring for a Full Time Utility Labor PR01. The role spans Processing, Sanitation, Egg Room and Embrex tasks as needed and follows a Monday–Friday schedule starting at $17.00 per hour.

The position includes on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package and day-one eligibility. Applicants must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with minimal gaps and be able to read, write and perform basic math for daily checklists.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No gaps in employment greater than 6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria applies with a maximum of 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize hatchery rooms using a pressure washer.
• Clean chick boxes and farm buggies.
• Monitor temperature and humidity in hatcher areas.
• Assist with janitorial duties and office areas.
• Read and complete daily checklists with basic math.
