Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a dedicated team member for our production facility. The role involves pulling eggs from incubators and processing them through the inovoject machine, plus maintaining a clean, safe work area and cooperating with teammates.

You will observe equipment operation, report issues, and help others as needed. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods in warm conditions, possess basic instruction comprehension, and have prior food or production experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and work 8-11 hours per day.
• Ability to work in warm temperatures around 100 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Pull eggs from incubator and process through inovoject machine.
• Clean and sanitize incubators after processing.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist others with the skills gained from the position.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative workplace with colleagues and leadership.
