Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet apart).
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Food or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull eggs from incubator and process through inovoject machine.
• Clean and sanitize incubators after processing.
• Observe equipment operation and notify relevant personnel of malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Promote a positive work atmosphere and cooperate with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
• Recognize incidents and safety risks and enforce safe work habits.
• Participate in process improvement and problem solving using continuous improvement methods.
• Follow all company animal welfare guidelines.
• Other duties as directed.
