Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Associate at our hatchery in Dillon, SC. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, maintaining safety and efficiency, and supporting daily operations with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Correctly receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week, ensuring minimum damage while maximizing hatchability.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize entire hatchery, reducing mold and bacteria.
• Operate tray wash and/or separator machines for maximum throughput with minimal damage.
• Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with proper quality control.
• Perform duties in accordance with SOPs and company procedures while fostering team morale.
