Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer ~991,440 eggs per week with minimal damage and high hatchability.
• Clean and sanitize the hatchery, including equipment, to limit mold and bacteria.
• Operate tray wash or separator machines efficiently to maximize throughput.
• Transport and process ~250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control.
• Follow management requests and SOPs while supporting team morale.
