Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Hatchery Operator HY03 to support hatchery operations by monitoring incubator and hatcher systems, recording data, and performing basic maintenance. The role requires following safety and GMP guidelines while contributing to continuous hatchery production goals.

The position involves a fast-paced environment, shift work, and a focus on accuracy in data capture and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work safely in a production environment, and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hatchery equipment performance and track operational data.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain performance standards.
• Perform minor non-electrical repairs and assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain repair logs and equipment documentation; report major issues to Maintenance.
