Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a strong Hatchery Leader to direct the GP PS Hatchery Team in delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and financial objectives.

You will oversee a combined team of salaried and hourly staff, recruit and develop talent, and drive process improvements while ensuring strict biosecurity and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in poultry management, with proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a general professional field, typically obtained through four (4) years of college, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience: Four (4) or more years of poultry management-related experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals using available computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of: Four(4)+ salaried team members
• Approximately 40+ hourly team members
• Lead GP PS Hatchery Team to deliver high-quality products
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, shared services, and other hatcheries
• Recruiting, developing, and maintaining a qualified team
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations governing Cobb business activities
• Manage biosecurity requirements and safety procedures
