Job summary

Koch Foods is seeking a maintenance supervisor/lead to support daily plant operations. You will guide and develop a team of 20+ maintenance technicians, perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic electrical work as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with hand and power tools, plus the ability to read, write, and speak English. Lifting up to 150 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional maintenance experience required.
Mechanical skills, hand/power tool knowledge, and diagnosis and troubleshooting abilities.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and policy adherence.
Ability to lead and train other maintenance technicians.
Prior maintenance lead or maintenance supervisory experience a strong plus.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Lifting of up to 150 lbs. required.

Responsibilities

Assist maintenance supervisors, superintendents, and other members of maintenance management with daily activites.
Provide support and guidance to a team of approximately 20+ maintenance technicians, assisting and directing their work as necessary.
Performs maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment in the plant including general repairs, preventative maintenance, basic electrical repairs, and troubleshooting.
Alll other relevant duties as assigned.
