Job summary

Hy-Line North America L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hatchery maintenance team and oversee electrical and mechanical systems. The role includes on-call rotations, safety compliance, and coordination with managers and contractors to ensure reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, management experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, work in challenging environments, and train technicians in preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree in related mechanical field or comparable life experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
• Industrial mechanical and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize maintenance tasks and delegate workload.
• Oversee overall maintenance of hatchery, including electrical and mechanical.
• Monitor incubators and hatchers for operation.
• Lead preventative and routine maintenance of hatchery and equipment.
• Communicate with Managers on day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor needs.
• Train maintenance technicians on various maintenance tasks.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
