Koch Foods is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing maintenance team. The role focuses on supervising short-term goals, assigning and ensuring completion of work orders, and maintaining strict safety practices.

The position emphasizes mentoring technicians, performing lockout/tagout certifications, and managing required paperwork to drive performance and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferably within a poultry manufacturing facility.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
• Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Recognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues.
• Perform safety checks.
• Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their performance and growth.
• Assign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion.
• Manage and oversee required paperwork.
• All other relevant duties to the job.
