Job summary

Pilgrim is hiring a Maintenance Technician to construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, and to identify parts needing replacement. The role requires interpreting drawings to correctly adjust or repair machinery and responding to production-area requests when issues arise.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, with basic math skills and the ability to read documents and drawings. Some weekend shifts may be required and technical school is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
• General mathematic ability to perform job
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)
