Pilgrim's in Carrollton, GA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a poultry processing facility. Starting hourly wages are $22.47 for 1st shift and $23.97 for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED, with technical school preferred. The job involves maintaining and testing equipment, interpreting drawings, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with production teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures.
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends).

• Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings of equipment to properly adjust, maintain or repair machinery.
• Respond to requests by production area when mechanical issues are identified.
• Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose problems and determine potential mechanical problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, in regards to time and resources.
