Job summary

Bell & Evans in the United States is seeking a Flock Supervisor to assist the Breeder Manager in maintaining a high-quality hatching egg supply. The role covers rearing pullets and cockerels from day of age to 65 weeks, ensuring adherence to production standards.

You will manage daily duties on farm, coordinate paperwork, vaccinate flocks, monitor weights, and supervise flock housing and movement, communicating with the Breeder Manager and contracted growers to uphold safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related poultry experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Breeder Manager about field conditions.
• Submit required paperwork in a timely manner (service reports, vaccine billing, MTech data).
• Perform NPIP and movement blood tests.
• Obtain samples for testing per schedule set by the Breeder Manager.
