Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Hatchery – Embrex Laborer. Responsibilities include washing floats, moving hatcher trays, sanitizing equipment, and loading eggs and chicks on conveyors in a wet, humid environment.

Qualifications

• Hatchery Laborers perform washing of floats and sanitizing equipment.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending and reaching are required.
• On-the-job training lasts 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Wash floats, transport hatcher trays, and load chicks onto conveyor.
• Set and transfer eggs between trays and incubators, using 10-pound trays.
