Job summary

A leading winery is seeking a motivated Harvest Winemaking Intern for their 2026 vintage. This role involves significant hands-on experience in winemaking, fermentation monitoring, lab analysis, and working closely with a dedicated cellar team. Candidates should be passionate and eager to learn, and must be able to lift 50 lbs and work extended shifts during peak months. The internship offers a pay rate of $20.00 - $22.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in structured rotation across winemaking, cellar, and laboratory functions.
• Responsible for daily Brix and temperature DMA measurements.
• Support fruit processing and all aspects of harvest-related cellar work.
