Job summary

A California-based winery is seeking a Harvest Vineyard Intern for hands-on experience during the 2026 growing season. This full-time internship runs from June 15 to November 15 and involves working alongside the Grower Relations team, collecting data, assisting with harvest activities, and learning about vineyard and cellar operations. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and have a background in Agriculture or Wine & Viticulture. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 hourly based on skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or possess a degree in Agriculture or Wine & Viticulture.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data collection including cluster counting and pest scouting.
• Assist with harvest preparation and cellar tasks.
• Operate agricultural vehicles and tools as required.
