Job summary

FCS is seeking a Seasonal office administrator to support the location office during harvest. The role involves operating the scale system for inbound and outbound trucks and handling routine office duties from September 15 to November 15, depending on harvest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in customer service or data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale and complete all related paperwork for scale traffic / grain recording.
• Prepare needed documents, support drivers and report problems to location manager.
• Take calls from customers and direct calls as needed to field employees, manager, feed mill, grain, etc.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to manage and assist with questions.
• Have knowledge of or be willing to learn the FCS computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Assist in other areas of location if needed or asked – other duties as assigned.
