Job summary

Prestage is seeking a Harvest Supervisor to lead daily harvest operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and food safety while maintaining USDA inspection readiness. You will oversee production staff, drive continuous improvement, and manage staffing to maximize yields and minimize downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in meat processing, and a solid understanding of regulatory food-safety programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Agriculture, Business, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years harvest or meat processing production experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily harvest operations to meet production, quality, yield, and efficiency goals.
• Ensure all procedures meet customer specifications and food safety standards.
• Maintain USDA inspection readiness and enforcement of HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, SQF.
