Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Agent to handle harvest materials in a compliant, quality-focused environment. The role emphasizes accurate processing, weighing, logging, and maintaining cleanliness to meet health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while following PPE procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to pollen and dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Processing Harvest flower material.
• Grating and sorting processed material.
• Weighing and logging material.
• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance including PPE.
